Orders normally dispatch from our fulfillment center within 3 business days following payment verification. You will receive an automated dispatch notification with carrier tracking details as soon as your package ships.

Estimated transit time is approximately 20 days depending on the destination country, customs inspection clearance, and local postal routing.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
Standard shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination and package weight. Orders over $99 automatically qualify for free standard shipping globally.
4. Customs & Import Clearance
International shipments pass through postal customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country. Listed prices cover standard sales tax. If your local customs authority requests supplementary identity verification or local administrative fees, carrier notification will be sent directly to your email or mobile contact.
5. Address Amendments & Failed Deliveries
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact Order Support within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a tracking number is issued, address changes must be arranged directly with the local delivery carrier.
